BBM latency image

Noticed a serious drop in speed, quality and stability over the last 24-36 hours.

BBM looks like this after all the usual restarts and systems cheeks:

Had several months of good service but we appear to be back to instability again.

No response on the phone and the web page, as usual, states that all is good on the network.
