I have signed up for 200M speed but most of the time the actual speed is less than 100, and evenings weekends are so bad, it drops down to 20-30MBPs, so degraded and poor performance.Even just checked now its so bad -
I have called in CSA and they did test/rest the equipment, right now it's 99, still not what i'm paying for. It was 189 last Thursday 4th Feb afternoon but stayed at that level only for an hour and then dropped again. Could someone help.
it has dropped down to 23.7 now, very bad performance 😞 tried to call virgin and it goes to automated reset equipment route, so very bad customer service.
