BB is rubbish

My BB Is rubbish..its been like this for weeks ...i cant get through to talk to anyone...when I phone i get a message which says we have identified a fault in (my postcode)...it will be resolved by 3pm...i have had this same message  since last week ..   obviously they dont say which day ..my speeds are anything from 0 to 100mbps ...done everything i can except refusing to pay my bill...I have a smart hub which controls everything from my TV lights and heating ...i wish to speak to a person please...

It takes 5 - 7 days for a VM staff member to reply to threads on this forum.

With there being a local area outage there won't be much we can do other than check the HUB stats:

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?
