Awful upload speeds

I'm on the 200Mb broadband, so should be getting 20Mb upload - the upstream is pretty much useless at the moment though, I'm getting less than 1Mb right now! Downloads are fine, getting the full 200Mb down.

The service status checker says no faults, but when I call customer services about broadband I get a vague automated message that mentions faults in the area, so I've no clue whats going on - is there a fault or not?

I'm in the PO12 area.

Re: Awful upload speeds

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Re: Awful upload speeds

Any ideas? My upload speed is 0.75Mb tonight, which is unacceptable by anyone's standards!!

How is anyone supposed to get anything done with this sort of speed?

Re: Awful upload speeds

You have a cable fault and will need to get an engineer out to check all the connections. As well as the upstream issues (the two lowest frequency channels aren’t too happy) the downstream channels are all a bit borderline on the S/N ratios.
