Awaiting Speed Upgrade

Evening all,

 

Last week I was offered a speed upgrade (paying extra of course), I received all the relevant emails and was informed the estimated completion would be the 26th.

is there anyway of obtaining an update on the new estimated date? 

Can't find any live chat or telephone number?

Check the Configuration tab - the speed profile is shown as Max Traffic Rate it is in bits / second.

If the speed does not appear as expected try a reboot of the Hub to give it a chance to collect the latests speed profile.

What were you to be upgraded too?

Log into the Hub settingd and navigate to the "Configuration data" page.  Post up th info there as the "Max Data Transfer Rte" for downstream and upstream will prove what you are configured to receive
