So the answer is yes - your speeds are correct for your package.
The only oddity is the Macbook only getting 178 on the 5GHz band. Could try changing channels/settings for that one.
For comparison, my Macbook Air and iPhone7 both get 220mbps on my Vivid200 wifi connection - but only when I put them onto the 5GHz network. Air gets 220 on ethernet. Sat in the same spot if I then flick them over to the 2.4GHz network, they both max out at 70-80mbps - just limitations of technology.
