Appalling speed and signal.

We are on 1 gig connection hub 4. I spent 3 hours trying to reach someone in ‘second line’ only to be mysteriously cut off. Am I the only person with Hub 4 for it to be such a mystery? I asked for compensation for the consistently weak downloads and once again I was cut off. If I stopped paying my bill would they notice? Faith lost. They don’t even respond to tweets now.
