Appalling latency again, huge amount of uncorrectable errors - something is wrong!!!!

Note the huge amount of correcteds and uncorrectables on the 3.1 downstream channels - something is wrong, please sort it out otherwise I'm going to have to apply packet loss to the amount I am paying you...

Here's the snapshot of the BQM that goes with that router extract:-

As you can see, large amounts of packet loss towards the end. Please sort!!!

Nothing other than being asked to reset the router which achieved nothing.

Hey there @RJMD, thanks for the update.

The spikes and latency issues, is there any pattern to them or are they random?
The reason we ask is - there may possibly be an SNR fault that we don't know of.

No pattern to them, although a couple of weeks ago they were happening regularly at 10 minutes past the hour, then it all started working fine again. At the moment I can see packet drops increasing again, probably because I'm downloading a large file at present. One point to mention, the 3.1 downstream is showing a huge amount of correcteds and quite a few uncorrectables, as below:-

Issue has to lie with networks, but it seems almost impossible to get it escalated to that team. Perhaps I should just end the contract on the basis I'm not getting what I'm contracted to, and go elsewhere?
