Anyone else find the 200Mb upgrade ruined stability?

Since the 200Mb upgrade, I'm now lucky to hit 120Mb and get outages  multiple times a day.

Before that I was getting 160Mb reliably.

The tiers below M200 are M100 and M50. If you were on M100 you cannot get 160Mbps.
