Another slow speed on M350 area 20

I'm wondering if anyone can help please? After reading through the other posts mine doesn't seem as bad, but frustrating all the same. I'm getting around 130/140 Mbps download through my pc on an M350 wired connection even after being in touch with customer support who tested the line and then sent me a new Hub 3 router, but still the same results. Having read through some of the reports I'll post the router status data below:

Re: Another slow speed on M350 area 20

In the first instance I would try a different ethernet cable, preferably a Cat 6 cable without any other components in the system.

I'll have a go at that, I wish my broadband was as quick as you, was there something in the two posts of data that made you think of the cable?

I'm no expert in these things but while you are waiting for the experts to come along a new cable is a simple and quick thing to check.

Re: Another slow speed on M350 area 20

Hi peterh87,

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're getting some slow speeds.

Can you confirm if you've tested another Ethernet cable?

Looking at your stats there;s nothing standing out as being a major issues.

Let me know if a new Ethernet cable doesn't help and I can pop you over a private message to take a closer look at things.

Re: Another slow speed on M350 area 20

Hi Alex, many thanks for your reply, the replacement cable is due today so I'll fit and test to see if that makes any difference, when I've done the test previously via ethernet it's 130/150 very similar to wifi?

Re: Another slow speed on M350 area 20

Hi many thanks for reply, I have fitted and tested the new cable with various configurations but I'm still getting 120-130 Mbps on wired and very similar wifi, I'll try and attach the router settings but not sure if the forum limit will let me send it all in one go.

Hi Peter, thanks for coming back to us. I've done a background check and no issues are showing. Can you try a speedtest in safe mode for me?
