Why is the burst 42600? does that mean I'm getting capped? downloads are maxing out at 50mbps for whatever reason.

I say problem with account because last October I asked to get the same package I was on but cheaper. agreed to £37 to find out the £37 was for 50mbps. I phoned up as soon as I noticed the drop in speed, renewed my contract and upgraded to 350mbps. had an issue with my router, an engineer came out, added a "db" thing to my modem to correct the SNR issues, replaced the hub and it's been fine.

Now; I'm getting really slow downloads on ALL my devices, maxing out at 50mbps. why?

I've tried factory resetting, changing settings, rebooting the hub, not using modem mode, using modem mode. nothing is working and the speed is still very slow. both wired AND wireless.

What's wrong? what is happening?

Re: An "issue" with my account?

What do you mean downloads are maxing out?

What speeds do you get on a wired speedtest?

It’s evidence for your issue to be investigated.
