Advice please poor-signal and slow speeds stats inside (Conclusion?)

OK so I have been battling with VM to fix my connection for coming up to 7 years (in December) and now I have seen results.

First of all take a look at the original thread linked below:

Issues first reported December 9th 2014.

Received a text message on the 22nd July 2021 saying my services would be unavailable for most of the day on Thursday 29th July 2021.

Received another text message on Wednesday 28th July 2021 to remind me about service interruption.

Finally another text message at just after 7pm on Thursday 29th July 2021.

It's now been a few weeks and I am shocked to say the connection has been great, see think broadband graph below.

Finally I get what I am paying for and I am glad I stuck around and watched the whole process, just wish it hadn't taken so long.
