Advertised as 108mbps only getting 40mbps - Slow Speed

As above these are my down and up speeds, I have never had above 50mbps this is half what I pay for which is advised to be 108mbps?

  • Please help.

How are you testing, Wi-Fi or ethernet cable ?

Log in to your Hub and click on Devices connected, tell us what speed your Device is connected to the Hub at.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back in touch and for the issues you're having with the speeds. 

I've tried to run some diagnostics in the background but it's advising me your hub is offline, is this the case?

Are you able to switch it back on or is there no power at all to the hub?

My hub is online and switched on I have the same issue with Virgin Connect, it will not identify my hub?

Thanks. 

So due to that I have booked an engineer for you, you'll be able to find all of the details via your online account. 

If the time doesn't suit then you can find another suitable slot. You'll also need to ensure that somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time.
