As above these are my down and up speeds, I have never had above 50mbps this is half what I pay for which is advised to be 108mbps?

How are you testing, Wi-Fi or ethernet cable ?

I've tried to run some diagnostics in the background but it's advising me your hub is offline, is this the case?
Are you able to switch it back on or is there no power at all to the hub?

My hub is online and switched on I have the same issue with Virgin Connect, it will not identify my hub?
