For the last 4/5 days now my broadband speed has been dire. I use an ethernet connection direct into my computer and I am getting speeds of anywhere between 5 and 25mbps. I am paying for 200MB and at the minute getting nowhere near it. I have ran the test etc on the hub, reset it but still no joy.
Can somebody please help me with this as my wife and I work from home and it is affecting our business.
Hi Pigglesberg, sorry for the delay getting back to you - and the connection issues you've experienced as well.
Checking things over from here today everything appears to be OK - there's no known faults or obvious issues. I appreciate your recent experience says otherwise though, so would be happy to arrange a tech visit for further investigation?
