Hello, I'm paying for 500mbps broadband. We're working from home and home schooling two teenagers. Internet speed is shocking. I just checked using Virgin's own broadband speed checker and it came back as 72MBPS. It's effectively useless. What can I do? What should Virgin be doing and how can I get them to do it without sitting in a phone queue for an hour..?
OK, so now I'm getting 27MBPS. I tried calling customer services and was simply sent round and round their automated systems. They checked the line, suggested i turned the router on and off again. Broadband isn't any better. This is such a poor service and even worse customer care.

Usual questions on here. How are you connected (wired/wireless), what speed test are you using and on what device.
Can you post your connection statistics from your SH. Connect to the hub with a web browser and copy and paste the results here. (If you don't know how to do that, post back and we'll walk you through it)
