Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the ethernet cable connected device you used for the speed test ?
You've got dreadful signal to noise ratio on downstream channels 3 & 4, which would explain the poor speeds, and rather low numbers on several other channels. I've flagged that for the forum staff to advise, so if you give it a few (working) hours they'll respond, saving you the joys of VM's telephone response. Unless it's a known area fault, then it will probably require a technician visit to fix.
