Hey everyone, i was wondering if someone could help me with my network speed problem. I upgraded to 500mbit about a month ago and to begin with it was fine, i was getting great speeds and was very happy with it.
However it appears the honeymoon is over as for the past few days ive been limited to only 9mbit up and down. While this is still usable for browsing its not really what im paying for. According to Virgin there are no faults in my area so not sure why its just me experiencing this slow down.
I am connected to the network via an ethernet cable.
Key in 192.168.0.1 into a browser (or click the link) then go to Check router status. Copy and paste Downstream, Upstream and Network Log into a new post on this thread, and hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along to help.
