I have a 500mb line and although download speed varies between 100mb and 480mb, my upload speeds never exceed 7mb and most of the time are around 1-3mb. With five people in the house, two working and three doing online learning its almost impossible.
Having waited ages on the phone a few days ago Virgin confirmed there was an area network issue that won't show up on my faults. It would be fixed that night. It hasn't been. I raised a complaint yesterday as well.
It appears I have the latest firmware on the Hub3 too. I was assured it wasn't a hub issue. However it appears on the log that there are lots of critical errors and warnings.
Please can a virgin tech person offer some advice as too the solution here.
