500mb is not an improvement on 350mb

So got an upgrade to 500 from 350 - er…….absolutely no difference in speeds still getting what I got on 350.

Even though router settings say it's been upgraded.

Will it improve over next 24hours? It's only been done about 1.5 hours ago or so

Re: 500mb is not an improvement on 350mb

any speed increase should be instant - post the config info and levels

how are you testing - always test wires

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream + config page

Re: 500mb is not an improvement on 350mb

levels are good post the upstream - try a different speed test site

if that does not help try a reboot - a reset and a speedtest in modem mode
