Hello,
I'm after some advice here, was on 200mb and upgraded to 500 last week which doesnt feel like its more than twice as fast as what i had before. Speed test are averaging 300mb mark and carried out via ethernet connection.
I have a hub4 which is in modem mode. Please can someone check that my connection is ok?

Yes your Max Downstream Traffic Rate is correct for the 500 Tier. However your 3.1 Upstream channel has problems with the power levels and QAM.
VM will need to fix this.

Hi @samosa,
Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some speed issues at the moment!
I have been able to take a look at our systems and I cannot see any local issues which could be impacting your issues. As well as this, I cannot see any issues with your current power levels.
Have you taken a look at our Speed Up page to see if this can help with your speed increase? Let us know how you get on and if this helped at all.
Thank you.

Went through to call VM, after a very long wait a nice person decided hung up on me and not call back.

Speed tests carried out twice every hour.

Do you know what ranges they should be?
Thx.
The upstream power is a ‘tad’ on the high side, but really I wouldn’t sweat it. What is more interesting is the downstream 3.0 corrected and uncorrected errors which are all zero across the board. This is somewhat unlikely, which does beg the question of just how much can we trust the stats which the hub(s) are reporting anyway?

I was looking at writing a script to keep track in grafana. I found someone has already done this & according to them statistics from the hub 4 is broken and requires reboot to fix. After reboot stats are
