4Mb download on M350 package only 1 downstream channel

Hi, since returning from holiday last month where I used to get a rock solid 350Mb down it has varied between 80 and 5 mb. Have reset hub 3 multiple times and run the virgin "status" checker which does not detect the issue.

Really sorry to see you're having problems with your broadband. 

 

I've just checked from our end and it's still showing just one downstream channel, no wonder your getting those speeds!

Issue was faulty fibre to coax converter outside my house. Replaced and normal speed and lack of errors resumed.
