4 months ago I was thinking of leaving virgin due to bad service, one thing led to another and the guy on the phone offered me an upgrade.
Turns out he only disconnected my TV and phones, called and upgraded again but this is where the real disgusting service begins.....
Not only do we average a speed of 1mb supposed to be up to 500mb. I've called up so many times over the months begging for help, only to be told they don't know how to help cause their guide to help them help us says nothings wrong.
Finally spoke 2 someone with half a clue and he informed me my accounts constantly being restricted. My bills now average 120 a month because of all the changed and messing on virgin has done with my account.
He unrestricted the account but now I'm back to square 1.
Now when I call it just says you're too busy and bids me a Farewell.
Please can someone on here get me proper technical help. I think the problem might be that since all the changes my new credit limit is only £50 dropped from 250. My bill is supposedly £75 so maybe this restricting my account?
BASICALLY I'm being robbed blind and no one wants 2 help. I can't even call 2 cancel my account cause no one wants 2 deal with the terrible service we've all been receiving lately.

I've had a look into things and can see that you've been able to speak to the team about this further since posting, so I hope all is resolved but if it isn't please let us know and we can take a closer look.
I have called twice and both times neither operator was helpful, one rushed me off the phone and promised to call me back. I've just made another payment hoping this would have helped but I'm still without proper speeds.
