350mb down to 70 or 80 mb even connected via ethernet for last few weeks.

Hello

You have quite a high number of Post RS Errors these are errors that the hub cannot fix, this can be caused by noise on the line, can you please go around and make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight best way is to loosen the connection and then retighten, while doing this please make sure that there is no damage to any VM cabling and no tight bends.

Once done power off the hub for 30 secs and then back on, recheck you Post RS Errors if these are increasing rapidly then an engineer is going to be need to find the source of noise, could be  outside of premises to the green box.
