350Mbps Package reasonable speeds

Hi there, I've recently just upgraded to the 350Mbps package from the 200Mbps package.

I upgraded due to slower speeds and high ping while playing online games over the past 4-6 weeks.

While on the 200Mbps package before I was having issues I would get 210-220Mbps all day everyday until I recently had the issue where the best I could get would be 130-140Mbps and crazy high ping spikes even into early morning.

After upgrading to the 350Mbps package I was still struggling for speed and would achieve 220-250Mbps, so not much past what I was getting on my previous package when all is working well.

Over the past few days the speeds have become a lot more consistent and the ping is a lot better playing online, However I can't seem to get past 318Mbps at any time and I was hoping to hit minimum 350Mbps if not more as the previous package would go higher then the advertised speeds.

Am I being greedy about the extra 32Mbps as the expected speeds are 368 - 381 Mbps or am I in my own right for them to investigate further? I am getting critcal errors in the Hub 3 log, is this something to be concerned about?

I'm using a Netgear Nighthawk router with the Hub 3 being in modem mode but I have tried it back with the Hub 3 but it's not any different.

I'm hard wired using a Cat 6 cable.

Thanks.

Hello

Can you please post the full logs and also your downstream and upstream stats, as a couple of T3's now and again is quite normal.

Re: 350Mbps Package reasonable speeds

Hello

Many thanks for the rest of the stats looking at these I can see that the modulation on your upstream is out of sync, should all be the same at 64 qam, you are going to need an engineer to resolve unless there is a local issue.

Re: 350Mbps Package reasonable speeds

Hi, thanks for the reply. Since the upstream logs are the issue does that mean the uploading Speeds will be affected as there bang on where they say there gonna be around about 35Mbps?

Will this affect the download speeds also?

Thanks.
