350 Package - getting 10-40, disconnects daily for 30mins+

Internet was great first few weeks, now i have been suffering with super low speeds for weeks, and almost everyday i lose connection to the internet completely for at least 30mins at random times.

I have gone through all diagnostics help
the lights on the hub are normal 
i am using wired, cat6 cable

You have a huge number of 'Pre RS' and 'Post RS' Errors on your downstream channels.

Your upstream levels are very high (5.1 = 51 due to a software bug in the HUB).

When was the last time your HUB was rebooted?

Further investigation required then (Maybe even an engineer visit).

A VM staff member should respond in here however it can take a day or two depending on active threads.
