Hi. In the past month or so I've moved to Virgins 100MBPS package. Performance is terrible (on average I'm lucky to get 40Mbps download speeds). I invested in a TENDA MW6 mesh system (3 nodes) and switched the Virgin HUB3 to modem only mode but it's made no difference. Even when sitting next to the router/modem download speeds are terrible even when I have just the one device connected. Any ideas what else I can try?
Is this slower speed confirmed on both wired and wireless devices?
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
