2nd week of crap speed

Pay for triple figure speed, at times getting close to single figure speed, flash backs to dial up era with slow emergence of Web pages!

As for the kids gaming, well they're going mental!

Virgin media, will you be refunding on the basis of failing to come close to what's getting paid for?

Of course, unable to contact you into the bargain which sprinkles salt on the wounds👌

In our hour of need...... only major disappointment.

Thanks VM.

Re: 2nd week of crap speed

If you want some help you need to post more details.
What hub do you have?
Have you pinhole reset it?
What VM package are you on?
What other non-VM equipment (if any) are you using?
What devices are having problems?
Are they connected on wifi or ethernet or both?
Where in the house are the problems evident?

Re: 2nd week of crap speed

Hub 3

M350 fibre - >fastest avail.

2 V6 boxes & approx. 12 devices used on & off probably never together including 7 mobile phones, 2 ipads l, ps 4 & xbox.

Issue crept in with commencement of lock down. Neighbours having the same problem.

Lag across all devices esp Ps & X box which are approx 5m from router which has been reset multiple times.

On demand buffered last night at approx 00:30hrs when watching TV.

Re: 2nd week of crap speed

You need to speed test when wired and with a gigabit enabled pc or laptop.
