If you want some help you need to post more details. What hub do you have? Have you pinhole reset it? What VM package are you on? What other non-VM equipment (if any) are you using? What devices are having problems? Are they connected on wifi or ethernet or both? Where in the house are the problems evident?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
You need to speed test when wired and with a gigabit enabled pc or laptop.
