2ghz on hub5 m500

I just installed the hub5 today and the 2ghz band on my phone is pretty slow now. I’m pretty sure I was getting 500mb before. 

Anyone else experience this

Does your Phone need to go faster then 100Mb to watch 4K60Hz? if your phone can't do 5Ghz its too old

VM speed is by wire so test by wire

It can do 5ghz fine. It gives me 500mb

i just swear I was getting better speeds on 2ghz before I changed routers. I’m only get about 100mb

If I remember correctly 2.4G is only good for about 150mb.

No I’m pretty certain I was getting top speeds as I was running my phone on 2.5ghz I tested it out numerous times on m350 and m500

Apparently I can’t go back to my only 300 router now that I have installed the new one  frustrating. Hopefully I can get it fixed

I am sorry to hear about the speed issues you are having.

I have taken a look at things from our side and the wired speeds look good. 

Has the router been off the past few days?

If you could take a screen shot of some of the Wi-Fi speeds test results, and post them here please?

This is under 2.4ghz on my iPhone 12 and I know I was getting over 500mb when using my hub 3 in modem mode with my asus ac2900. I use veei different names for each bands. I don’t know if my hub3 was just wired differently or it’s something else. I would like to test the hub 3 out again but it’s not easy as you have to pair it on your side.

This is 5ghz on my iPhone 12. Obviously it’s good and how it should. I just know I was getting good speeds on both band

Are you able to run a speed test via a wired device for me and let me know how you get on with this please? I'd like to see how they fair in comparison.
