2Mbps on new 100mbps line

I've been a Virgin Media customer for just over two years, and recently had to move home. The new line was installed on Monday (08/06/20), but I'm barely getting 2mbps when I run a speed test. It's a brand new line, and I'm paying for 100Mbps. I don't believe it's my equipment, as it's worked fine for 2 years at my previous address.

I run my VM Hub in modem mode, and I'll post the status check results in a reply below (they exceed the character limit).

I reset the VM Hub (using the port/switch on the back) earlier, which resulted in no improvements to speed.

Any assistance you can provide, would be greatly appreciated.

Using a laptop wired to the router, via https://www.speedtest.net/

Have you tried wiring direct to the hub without the other router in between?
