20mbps with m100

I have m100 broadband yet when I am downloading stuff on PlayStation 4 it’s taking hours. 30gb game took 3 hours to download. 

says I am only getting 20mbps

How are you connecting your device[s], Wi-Fi or ethernet cable ?

No only my PS4 is wired that’s all I have connected. 

mend of day I paying for 100mbps shud be getting a lot more than 20mbps 

when Virgin came to house they test said I getting like 80 but I never get that on any devices

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?
