200mbps? More like 50mbps

We pay for 200mbps as part of our package. I have been recording the speeds for the last 14 days as the connection is so poor sometimes I am unable to stream YouTube etc.

I have tried the Virgin troubleshooting guide. Reset the router several times. I don't have an ethernet cable so I can't do a wired speed test. Any suggestions as this is ridiculous.

Note. The household has two mobile phones and two laptops.
