200mb contract currently running at 660kb

I live in a house of 7 students and was assured my contract would provide consistently decent speeds, and my speeds remained at a steady 150-200 until the 7th person moved in this week, at which point our speeds tanked to 600kb/s.
Is there any reason for our speeds to fall so low after one additional person? Bear in mind they don't download a lot of things or stream content to their laptop at all.

Are they all using wi-fi?

If you're in router mode you can log in to the Hub select devices connected to see

what speed each device is connected to the Hub at.

Yeah they are, but no one is using it to extremes, none of us play games or anything like that, and we all work at different times of the day so there are never more than 3 people using at a time. I'd understand if it was 10pm and everyone was home using Zoom and playing games but that's not the case.

If you call up the Hub page http://192.168.0.1/  in router mode or http://192.168.100.1/  in modem mode

don't log in instead Click on Check router status this will give you 5 Tabs of information

copy and paste the contents of each Tab and post into messages in the thread

this will allow us to look and see if we can spot any faults
