200MB but getting 5MB

Was quite happily enjoying my 200MB connection till recently. Appears that its has dropped to 5MB on the whole. If im lucky during the day i can manage 20MB. Tried calling the call center but it was pretty hard to understand what they were saying (to be fair ive got a pretty thick Scottish accent so i think it was difficult for them too). Something about waiting 48hrs i think. Can anyone throw some light on what might be the problem. Heres my status thingy.
