Yes, downstream power levels are far too low and out of spec.  You'll need a technician to fix that.  You can try texting or phoning in, personally I'd wait for the VM forum staff to pick up your post and advise on next steps.  That can be almost instant, or sometimes take a few days, I'm afraid, but any wait is better than speaking with VM's diabolical offshore call centre.

Re: 200M package download speed issue

Yes - called them so many times and sometimes it just seemed working fine but the other day dropped a lot and recurring all the time.

Call centre staff unfortunately seems not getting the point and they just promised it will be resolved by posting a new hub.

Waiting for VM official suggestion.

Re: 200M package download speed issue

bumping the thread as you have done will not get VM here any quicker - they will pick it up in time - maybe a day or so and look at things - as said your levels are too low and you need a tech to sort things - however you have a working connection all be it a bit slow - they may not send a tech until things are back to normal - wait and see what they say

Re: 200M package download speed issue

You don’t need to “highlight” (bump) your thread you started not 4 hours ago.

A mod or rep will get to it when they can.

Re: 200M package download speed issue

Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your connection @zamsluo.

Checking things from here as well it's clear there are some issues that will require the attention of an engineer.
I have booked you in with the next available appointment.  Please find the appointment time slot via your online account (virg.in/myVM) This can also be rescheduled or cancelled from there if needed.

If there's anything else please let me know.

Tom
