200M dropped to 5-10mb

For the past 2 weeks I've been experiencing some really poor download speeds on my 200M service.  Morning's tend to be best, when it can hit 20-30Mb download, but from about 9am onwards we are lucky to reach 10Mb and as the day progresses I've recorded speeds below 1Mb.  Uploads seem to be fine.

I've been through support (Approx 10 hours on calls including being on hold). I've been shipped a new router, and subsequently that has been replaced again by the engineer along with all the cables and junction boxes.

Engineer is positive that the equipment and cabling within my property are fine, and it's apparently a network issue. I had a call after his visit yesterday to confirm this and that it would be resolved in 4 hours.  It still hasn't, and the virgin status page is still showing no issues in my area (as it has done for 2 weeks now).

Anyone have any suggestions, or a member of the Virgin team who can help?
