I knew your Config was 200 by numbers you posted above (as i said photo was not showing at that time) but if a reboot did not force the Hub to grab your new Config then you need call them as it may not have bene done yet,
I would not go as far as a Factory Reset of Hub (Pin Hole)_ as that is more to do with forcing a firmware update if it applied in your regions servers but not on your Hub yet, the Config for your Tier is on your account and its grabbed each time the Hub starts up from a reboot.
