2 questions about contract and broadband speed

Good afternoon,

my broadband has dramatically reduced in speed. I cannot stream a 1080p HD youtube video without there being significant lag spikes. I was apparently upgraded from 50mbps to either 125 mbps. A few months back, there were no issues.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your WIFI speed, can you confirm for me what the speed drops to when it goes low? Can you also confirm if you have checked our service status page here for any outages?
