2 Mb/sec not 200 Mb/sec not good

My internet has been bad for days now

Getting 2Mb/sec not the 200 I should be on

Rang Virgin after 30 min wait they answered aand was told to wait while they tested my equipment. After 30 more minutes they ended the call without speaking again.

I rang back and after a wait of 30 mins in the queue they just hung up.

I rang back again and finally got through they are now sending out an engineer next sat to sort the problem.

Is this how Virgin normally deal with issues

Yes when there's problems they will send out an engineer...
