I've had the router in both modem mode and router mode, restarted it multiple times and averaging 100Mbps with each test on Sam knows speed test. This is a virgin hardware or line issue. How can I log a support request to get the line reviewed? Not even 10% of the lines capability. I believe 500Mbps is the lower limit, if lower than that for 3 days consecutive then service not being provided.
