Can you do another speed test at >> Sam Knows Real Speed << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Is there anything in your Network Log yet ?

I suggest you do a 60 second pinhole reset to see if you can get the Network Log recording properly.

Certainly looks like you have a hardware/line issue with that many network log errors in a short period of time.

Could you access your HUB and check the 'Connected devices' section on the left hand side to double check your device is showing a 'Speed (Mbps)' as 1000 rather than 100?

I've had the router in both modem mode and router mode, restarted it multiple times and averaging 100Mbps with each test on Sam knows speed test. This is a virgin hardware or line issue. How can I log a support request to get the line reviewed? Not even 10% of the lines capability. I believe 500Mbps is the lower limit, if lower than that for 3 days consecutive then service not being provided.
