i keep getting an issue with my 1gbps service, my down speeds have dropped to as low as 200/300 but my upspeeds arent even hitting 2mbps and are normally around 500kbps! not what i pay good money for..had 1gbps around 6weeks now and this is about the 4 or 5th time this has happened?
I am not familiar with the Hub - but 2 of the up channels have dropped qam to 16 - should be 64 - that is usually a bad sign.
Someone else should comment - a VM person will get here in a day or so

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
