How isit on wirless im getting 400mbs when im on the 1gb package and on wired im getting 96mbs!

You will not get much more over wifi as the Hub4 is Wifi5 - you need wifi6 equipment to get higher speeds.

See this excellent thread with good examples of maximum theoretical wifi speeds on wifi 5 with different “parameters” varying.

On ethernet cable you should get ~940. 96 strongly suggests that either the ethernet cable is not specced for higher speeds (is it Cat5e or higher?) or it has failed (broken wire/connector) and defaulted to 10/100 speeds - change it for a new Cat6a one. Or your network connection card in the device is limiting it to 100 - check in the network settings - it should be set at 1GB - and check the drivers are up to date

not getting over 200mbs now at all ever game i play is just laggy i need support as i dont think its right im paying for something im not getting

Thank you for reaching  back out to use, sorry to hear you are not getting your expected speeds, is your PC connected Via WIFI or an ethernet cable?
