1Gig slow upload speeds every evening

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the 1Gig package to take advantage of the faster upload speeds.

Since the last 1 week or so my uploads speeds rarely go over 35mb but during the day time it is fine.

My power levels seem fine and there are hardly any errors reported.

Could this be a congestion / over utilization issue?

I am very close to going back to my previous M350, which worked fine and I was getting full speeds.

Create a BQM and post the live link.

It will show if you are in a congested area.

Re: 1Gig slow upload speeds every evening

What are you doing for uploads of 35Mb not yo serve your needs.

Re: 1Gig slow upload speeds every evening

Why are VM selling packages with faster upload speeds and charging extra for it?

Re: 1Gig slow upload speeds every evening

The 1Gig says upto 50Mbps, so by getting only 35Mbps there not lieing.

But you did not answer my question, what are you doing for that needs more than 35Mbps.

I am not exactly sure why I need to answer your question why I need speeds more than 35mbps. I will do whatever I want with the speeds because I am paying for it. end off.

If you have got nothing constructive to add to my query then stay out of it.

Maybe you should ask VM why they are advertising speeds they cannot deliver and are yet charging extra for it?

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in, select the 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Create a BQM and post the live link.
