Hi, I have had the 1Gig service for just over 6 months. I had reliable got the upload speed of approx 52mbps and I then got the upgrade to 100mbps which worked fine for a while.
Then a few weeks ago I had to upload a large file for work and noticed the speed was reduced. I did a SamKnows RealSpeed test and my upload speed is now consistently hovering around 10-15mbps.
I have contacted Virgin Media about it several times. The first time I was asked to do a full rest of the Hub 5, which had no effect. The next time I was sent a new Hub 5, which has also made no difference.
There are no issues in the area that I can see so I'm wondering what my next steps are? Is this likely to require an engineer visit?
When you contact Virgin Media, everything seems geared around download speed issues and I spend half my time trying to explain that my download speeds are fine, it's not a WiFi issue etc and it's quite frustrating!

Lets see the Hub data
In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) (DONT click these links) - and hit return. No need to log in - just click on the “Router Status” icon/text at bottom-middle (Hub3/4/5) or top/right (SH’s) - of the Login page.
Then… Navigate to these “data pages” and just copy/paste the normal “Formatted Text” (not images) 3 FULL sets of data onto here – 2 tables from the Downstream, 2 from the Upstream, & the Network Logs pages. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out - if you copy/paste the data, the board software will do this for you (you may need to click the "submit" button again). If character limits are “exceeded” - just do two posts
