Thanks for ur reply well I'm on the Volt Package with speeds up too 1Gig I rarely get about 500mbps?

 

Is there anybody on here using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and can achieve faster speeds?

 

Am I on the correct profile for my telephone line?

Yes, you are configured for 1GB speed.  No idea about the phone though, I never speed test my phone, don't see the point?

The Hub4 only has wifi5. To get speeds on wifi over ~600 you need wifi6 equipment. The new Hub5 will have that when its released to all - or you can just buy your own wifi6 equipment now.

Until then, you will only get ~960 when on an ethernet cable connection

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I don't get anywhere near these speeds on an Ethernet Connection?

Can somebody who has account access perform some diagnostic tests too make sure I'm on the correct speed profile for 1Gig Speeds?

Something on your device is limiting your speed. Put Hub into modem mode and boot the device into Safe+Networking mode and see what speeds that gets.
