The hub3 can only go up to 600 and not 1 G
You would need to reactivate the hub 5.
Call 0800 953 9500 to re- activate the hub5. You will need the hub5 serial number, and your account number and area code.
EDIT, I'm not a broadband expert but those power levels look a little high to me.
One for the forum internet gurus should pick up on this and advise further,
In the meantime post your Upstream levels and also the Network Logs as this may save time later if the connection is poor.
You could also set up a BQM monitor at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.
Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.
Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.
On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)
In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK.
