1Gig / 100MBps upload. Normally 50MBps upload but now none.

Hi there

Per title I'm on 1Gig/100 package according to my plan.  But I've only got 4 Docsis 3.0 channels.

Also recently I've been getting atrocious performance... Volatile 20M download and 0.02 M upload.

Reboot fixes temporarily for a few minutes and getting the full 1G download/50M upload,   and  460M/46 M upload over wi-fi.

But then within minutes it returned to 20M download, 0.02M upload.

 

Been like this for a few days now and the options to register no service online seen to have disappeared from the" my service" page.

 

What's going on?

Hello

 

This issue was not a hub reset issue, but instead was issue with my hub 4 I think.

I got an engineer out, who replaced with hub 5.

Docsis 3.1 connected, 100 MB upload, and now fixed.

Download stats: (WiFi for screenshot convenience but ethernet isn't much different).

Comes and goes but shocking ping either way

It's really frustrating because they keep saying it's *fixed" so can't book a technician.  And then I need to wait another 23 hours... By which time is "fixed" again so I can't book anyone.  And then failing again within the day.

 

this has been happening for weeks now...

Hello again

 

Apparently I'm "fixed" and download and ping are noted more stable. no packet loss now 

Upload too with 64QAM now on the 4x Docsis 3.0 channels.  

But still no Docsis 3.1 inspite showing on the package 1000/100 and router showing 3.1 connection, but no 3.1 channel and still no 100Mb upload.

I've had a look at things from our side, although the issue has been resolved, things are still in 'repair' mode and may still be slow for the next 24 hours.

If you can please monitor the connection and let us know if you're still experiencing problems after this timeframe.

I am still getting glitches but think overall better.

Should I be getting 100 upload? I did for a bit when first launched but seems like it's no longer there.

Hmm

 

Still broken upload.

Reboot router fixes for a period until it next breaks down.

Four of my neighbours all have the same issue and two I think will now be leaving as one needs for work, and another for access needs. I'm nailing my mobile plan by tethering.

Could this be because my account is 1000/100 but there's no Docsis 3.1 channel?
