I was consistenly getting >900Mbps and was a happy customer. In recent days internet download speed are very slow, especially last Friday. Currently I'm getting between 30Mpbs-50Mpbs download speed (over a wired connection) which is nowhere near what I'm used to.
Uploads are fine, I'm still getting just over 50Mbps.
I've been realy happy actually with VM since we've join their fiber internet. It's been working reallly great. The last few days though...
I called them yesterday they said I had some wrong settings applied and it should be fixed in about 1hr - several hours later it the issue was still there.
This mornig it was even worse and when I tried to ping 192.168.0.1 (I'm in a modem mode) most of the time it wasn't responding - I couldn't even login to the hub4 via web - it was timing out, etc. This was a new behaviour - never had it before. So I powered it off again, disconnected the coax cable and reconnected it again (did it yesterday - it didn't help). And now I'm consistenly get well over 900Mbps and no Pre/Post RS errors anymore. So perhaps they did change something. Hopefully it stays this way.
