Hello VM, 

Just got my volt 1gig broadband actived and have connected my Hub 5 , can you please check my line is within the tolerance please , uptime is 6hours

The same place as where you got the above.

Thanks Carl , Will try a 60 second Pin-Hole reset later this evening and will report back

The 3.1 channels wont show on the hub5, firmware bug.

Didn't know that!..

Measure your speeds using SamKnows, if you have 1Gbps coming into the hub DOCSIS 3.1 is working for you.

Samknows RealSpeed reports 

1138Mbps to the Hub 

197Mbps to my Computer , Hard Wired directly into the Router using a CAT7 Cable , all drivers upto date , see image below

You have full speed to the hub. Have you tried another Ethernet cable to your computer?
