1GB Broadband not up to spped

Hi

We joined Virgin media at the start of April on their 1GB Volt package.  Whilst we have been getting some good broadband speeds, we never seem to get more than circa 500MB.  I'll be honest the speed we're getting is more than sufficient, its just that as we paid for 1GB this is what we expected to receive.

Any thoughts welcomed!!

See my thread below, if it is wifi speeds you are having issues with then it is something that cannot be resolved with the current Hub 4.
